For this renovated 2-story townhome we wanted to provide a deseriable deck and outdoor space that everyone would want to gather to in the summer. This owner in particular had a small budget and was looking to flip this house as soon as possible. The project scope included permit drawings, deck design and collaberation with our construction team for this design-build process.
