Due to the previous condition of the house, the permitting required a total renovation, the only that that remained was the original staircase and the beloved Baltimore formstone facade.

The owner decided to rent out this space as an Airbnb as it is located in a medical district, but after renovating had a limited budget. We helped to design (on a budget) a space that is currently always booked. The owner is an artist, so we made sure to make featured elements like the wood herringbone wall a feature in the living room space. We had a blast going through different design options, furniture layouts, and Airbnb set up. This project is currently in phase 2, come back to see what additions they add within the next year! We are excited to see the full project come alive!
